How can I see all product options (rolls, sheets, remnants, ribbon, etc.) associated with a specific color?

If you would like to see if there are different types of products available in the same color, simply type the color name in the search bar and you will see every product available in that color. For example, if you want to see if there is a coordinating sheet, roll and ribbon in the color "Beach Glass Blue," simply type "Beach Glass Blue" into the search bar and all the different types of products available in that specific color will appear. 

What are Remnants/Offcuts?

Remnants and offcuts are pieces of fabric that are not cut to the standard sizes currently offered such as the 18"x36" / 8"x36" rolls or the 8"x10" sheets.  Sometimes fabrics are miscut by human error or there are fabric sections at the end of larger rolls that we will offer for sale instead of discarding to reduce waste. This allows customers to have the option to purchase a wider range of fabric sizes not typically available as well as snag better deals on non-regular sizes. The sizes/colors/prints in stock will constantly rotate and may not restock.  Get them before they're gone!

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out as soon as possible. Typically orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order. Actual shipping times vary depending on location of delivery and shipping method used. Please keep in mind that custom orders take longer to process. All orders will come with a tracking number so that you can follow your package. Once the package has been shipped, JOMAR has no control over delivery times, delays, etc.  If an item is designated as delivered by the shipping carrier but you still have not received your package, please reach out to the carrier. We’re sorry, but no refunds are given for orders that are indicated as delivered by the carrier.

Do you take returns/exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges but we do accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Buyers can return items and place a new order for the correct items. Once an item is returned, the buyer will be reimbursed the purchase price of the product, less shipping charges. We do not refund shipping. The buyer is also responsible for any shipping costs to return items.  If a return is received and is damaged, opened, used or in any condition other than new, un-damaged and unused, the item will not be eligible for a refund.  

Please reach out to JOMAR via our contact page or at BEFORE sending your return.  This will help expedite the process and ensure you get your refund as soon as possible.

I returned an item- where is my refund?

Refunds are processed by JOMAR immediately after approving the return upon receipt of the item.  Each credit card company/bank has their own timeline for processing.  If you have been notified by JOMAR that you have received a refund and still have not received it after 14 days, please contact your bank for details on their time frame for posting credits.   

Do handmade items come with a warranty?

JOMAR handmade items come with a one-year limited warranty. Damages NOT caused by normal wear and tear or negligence will be repaired for free. The buyer assumes the cost of shipping the items to JOMAR but JOMAR will pay to ship the item back to the buyer once the repairs are complete.

If repairs are needed for damages which are the fault of the buyer, the buyer will assume responsibility for all shipping costs. The buyer must reach out to JOMAR before sending any items back for repair.  Pictures of damages help in the assessment of the repair and are necessary to evaluate. Getting repair approval BEFORE sending your items back will help avoid unnecessary shipping costs should your item not be eligible for repair.

All repairs are evaluated/approved/completed at the sole discretion of JOMAR. JOMAR will determine whether your item qualifies for a free repair or if there will be costs associated with the repair.


Where do you source your products?

JOMAR uses many different suppliers to ensure the best selection and variety. Not limiting ourselves to one exclusive brand/supplier allows us to curate a larger selection of finishes and colors in hardware and fabrics alike. This also helps JOMAR support as many other businesses as possible.  JOMAR cork fabrics are sourced/imported directly from manufacturers in Portugal or from a supplier that sources its cork directly from Portugal or Spain. The Cork Tree grows natively in these countries making them the largest and highest quality producers of cork fabrics in the world. 

Is JOMAR an eco-friendly business?

Yes! JOMAR uses recycled/recyclable and plastic free shipping materials wherever possible. Our interior/exterior packing boxes, glassine envelopes, interior envelopes/packing paper, flyers, etc. are made from cardstocks, paper, cardboard or glassine which are all curbside recyclable, many of which have been manufactured with recycled materials already. We also try to minimize packaging materials and promotional materials as much as possible to reduce waste. Even our cork fabrics are eco-friendly and sustainable, which are also widely used in JOMAR handmade items. 

Considering the distances our products travel  (Portugal, Spain, etc.,) when sourcing products we resupply using larger incoming supply shipments less frequently to reduce our carbon footprint. We know that this may result in some items going out of stock but we feel this is a worthy trade-off to reduce transportation emissions resulting from more frequent incoming shipments.  Don't worry- we will always try to have your favorites in stock while being considerate of emissions.
