XL Cork Fabric Scrap Pack- 7oz

Assorted XL Cork Fabric Scrap pieces that are larger than regular scrap pack piece sizes.  These scrap packs include a variety prints, solids and metallic cork fabric pieces. Piece sizes range from a minimum of approximately 4”x 5” up to approximately 6" x 9" (and all sizes in between.) Some pieces may also be larger. Shapes are random, non-uniform and assorted. PICTURES MAY NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL PACK YOU WILL RECEIVE but merely represents a similar variety of sizes and pattern/solid/metallic variation. This 7oz pack has approximately 17-21 pieces.

Cork fabric is a sustainable and ecofriendly material made of cork tree bark shavings which are compressed and laminated to a fabric support backing such as polyester or cotton. Once the bark is harvested from the tree it will regrow and the tree renews itself multiple times during its life making this material renewable and environmentally friendly.

Cork fabric has a similar feel and durability to leather which is why is frequently called “cork leather.” It is flexible, hypoallergenic, water resistant, stain resistant and can easily be cut or sewn which makes it perfect for a multitude of uses.
